Moodiness during pregnancy is common. Even though you may not be able to pin point your mood swings, all your feelings are completely normal. Your body and hormones are changing which can place a huge factor on emotional outbursts. These feelings are similar, if not worse than a bad premenstrual cycle, they will disappear quickly as your hormones adjust.

Pregnancy Blues

It’s hard to deal with bursting into tears for no logical reason or experiencing irritable feelings during unexpected times. However beyond all physical or emotional changes you can rest assure that you are not alone. Although each and every pregnancy is different, we all share one thing in common, you’re changing body!

Your physique will go back to normal,  and your mood will stabilize. That’s a fact! Accept this stage during pregnancy and allow your mind and body to be what it is. Talk to your doctor and let him or her know of your symptoms.

One reassuring thought is, we all got here because someone was pregnant. Now it’s your turn and it’s not forever!

Omg. First preg I didn’t had none of that. But on the second one my first trimester I was a Melting butter all the time. I would cry and feel sad like “everyday”. Thank goodness I’m thru that now
