Pregnancy Tips that will get you through the dayHere you are, you cannot see your toes and someone has to tie your shoe laces. None of your stretch pants fit and beautiful is the last thing you feel. If you are or ever have been pregnant, you know exactly what I’m talking about. It’s the point where you are utterly powerless over what your body is doing and are most probably feeling helpless.

Don’t let this feeling consume you. This stage is not forever! Remind yourself that everyone on this planet got here because a woman endured all stages of pregnancy. There are several things you can do to live in acceptance and love what is. This is a simple choice that comes from you.

Here are a few Pregnancy Tips that may help get you through the day.

-Spend your time doing things that help you feel good. Indulge in an afternoon nap. Allow your body to rest without guilt. Even if you just lie down and let your thoughts flow, clearing your head is a great form of meditation.

-Rent a movie that you’ve been wanting to see. If you don’t want to go out, go ahead and splurge, there is plenty of great movies On Demand. Allow yourself a good chick flick or thriller that will help take your mind off this ever passing time.

-Mild exercise is a great mood changer. Simple stretches and or prenatal calisthenics are excellent ways to get your adrenaline pumping. You’d be surprised at how a few minutes of exercise can take you a long way. Something is better than nothing. So don’t think about it, just do it!

-Call a friend that you haven’t spoken to in a while. Often times, people have magnetic fields and coincidentally that person was probably just thinking about you. Work your law of attraction and listen to your intuition.

-Download an e-book. Reading a great novel is your own personal story. You get to interpret the words on each page the way you see them. Allow yourself to get lost in the story. It’s a private moment with you and that story. Reading can be so much fun!

-Download and listen to inspirational books that relate to what you are feeling. Sitting still and listening is a great way to get out of your own head. It’s amazing how one inspiring word can alter your thinking.

Remember that pregnancy can be a scary event. It’s important to remember that you are about to have a baby to cherish. This moment in time is not forever, and things will get back to normal. So enjoy each and every stage. It’s worth it!
