This is a lovely fruit with Multi-Grain Chips. Put the dip into a bowl and place the raw fruit around it. Delicious hot or cold!
2 firm ripe avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1-2 chopped green chillies
juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 scallion (shallot, spring onion), finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
freshly chopped coriander (cilantro), for garnishing
Mash the ingredients together roughly but keep some texture in it. Garnish with coriander. Spoon into serving bowl.
