If you haven’t made best friends with a water bottle already, now is the time to change that. Sip on water all throughout the day to clean and hydrate your system and munch on healthy snacks like carrots sticks, nuts, and apple slices whenever you feel yourself getting hungry. Or better yet, this is the time to build the best post-pregnancy body! Show off your new positive attitude with your friends and family by looking better than you did before. Dedicate 3-5 days at the gym and target core areas like your tummy, your bum, your thighs and arms when working out. Tone up your muscles by signing up for yoga classes and create an exercise group to keep yourself motivated.
