Instead of indulging in fat-filled buckets of ice-cream, try some of these alternatives next time you sense yourself experiencing those guilty pregnancy cravings. These options are not only satisfying but they are also healthier than the typical bag of potato chips.

1. Dark Chocolate


Dark chocolate has been proven to be healthier than milk chocolate and white chocolate. Grab a small pack of dark chocolate and eat a piece every time you need a quick boost of sugary goodness. Remember, moderation is key!
