Expecting Models, are you having a really hard time laying off of the sugar? Monitor your sugar intake throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

Here is some information that might help you curb your sweet tooth. It’s not about weight, frankly The Stork Magazine wants you to embrace your curves and be heart healthy and practice nutrition in at least 4 of your 6 daily meals. The fact of the matter is, too much sugar can cause the collagen in your skin to degrade. Yes, too much sugar can not only lead to gestational diabetes, but you are welcoming the aging process to begin before it’s time.

Avoid high fructose corn syrup. Eat foods rich in vitamin C such as the obvious: oranges, tangerines and clementines. Also include in your diet, dark leafy greens, bell peppers, thyme and parsley, broccoli and cauliflower. Always drink lots of water and when walking in the sun be sure to wear moisturizer with SPF.

Keeping a travel kit and cleaning your teeth on the go when you have a sudden craving will diminish the craving. That’s of course if you want to avoid it. As always, balance your diet and maintain dental hygiene for optimal health during pregnancy and beyond. For more dental information ask your hygienist. *{margin:0; padding:0;} #socialbuttonnav li{background:none;overflow:hidden;width:65px; height:80px; line-height:30px; margin-right:2px; float:left; text-align:center;} #fb { text-align:center;border:none; } […]

The Belly Bandit one has an awful fabric. I felt cramped and so itchy. Belly Tucker’s don’t work. I agree.

Since getting pregnant, my sweet tooth has gotten far worse! But I wasn’t aware of sugar’s effect on collagen. That makes my piece of pie seem slightly less appealing…
