With pregnancy, comes a very long list of things not to do. You need to keep away from certain foods and activities. Expecting moms, avoid feeling weighed down because worrying is worthless. The media is continually presenting new scientific research that only instills more alarm and worry among pregnant women. Books focus on all the “Yet’s” which may never come true.

So as a woman it’s up to you to listen to your God given  intuition which will guide your thinking. Your heart never lies unlike books, news and people.

Here’s a good one to keep you in fear:  The most recent scare, catching the flu while pregnant increases your child’s risk of developing autism.

As a result, we have millions of women stressing out about not getting sick, making them more likely to catch a cold. It’s a horrible cycle!

A Course in Miracles states: “Don’t Attract What You Defend Against.

Positive thinking during pregnancy

Women need to take a deep breathe and relax. Anxiousness is useless. Stay positive and upbeat about your pregnancy. You have what it takes to live your PREGNANCY WITH WISDOM. Mental health heavily influences your physical well being. Take part in soothing and stress-relieving activities because your mind, body and soul are all connected.

Consider activities like exercise, chanting, yoga, art and maternal dance. Even sharing with a friend will help you feel better! Better yet, take a maternity mini-vacation, maybe you just need to get away for bit to rejuvenate.

More importantly, you are the master of your thoughts. So don’t allow negative thinking to become your reality. You can create DIVINE THOUGHTS DURING PREGNANCY!

As a FTM, I find it hard not to worry about everything but I also know that you do have to trust your intuition 😉
